St. Louis Area Foodbank

As a part of the 2024 HR Conference, attendees participated in a volunteer activity at the St. Louis Area Foodbank.  The St. Louis Area Foodbank serves 26 counties in Eastern Missouri and Southwestern Illinois with a variety of outreach programs, including soup kitchens, food pantries, shelters, and residential programs.

Habitat for Humanity

The Foundation has been supporting Habitat for Humanity Lake County since 2014 and recently made the organization one of our core charities.  Each year the ETS-Lindgren Wood Dale office partners with Habitat on a construction site, helping build a house for a family in need.

Doble Volunteer Day

Doble recently sponsored an employee volunteer day in support of two of their core charities – Cradles to Crayons and Marlborough Community Cupboard.  Doble and Phenix employees also spent time making quilts to donate in support of Ukrainian refugee relief efforts coordinated by EMEA Business Development Manager, Sergey Kalachin.

Operation Clean Stream

ESCO Corporate participates annually in Operation Clean Stream.  Since 1967, Operation Clean Stream has been an annual event hosted by the Open Space Council to help remove trash from local rivers and watershed to ensure the long-term health of local waterways.  

Mobile Loaves & Fishes

For many years employees at ETS-Lindgren volunteered to build a Micro-home funded by the Foundation in the Community First! Village.  Mobile Loaves and Fishes is building this innovative development to provide affordable, sustainable housing and a supportive community for the chronically homeless in Central Texas.

Special Olympics

Ed Saxey, a long-term employee and now retiree from PTI Technologies, has been very involved with coaching basketball and soccer teams for the Special Olympics of Ventura Country for many years.  The Foundation’s donations help provide uniforms and transportation to support of these amazing athletes.
